Air conditioner worked well, just on check in day room was warm and it took quite a while to cool down. The Nespresso machines are a different kind of coffee maker using a nespresso pod only, do not plan to use the coffeemaker to make hot water, and the cup available is tiny. Bring your own mug. They do provide 2 free bottles of water daily. The rooms do not have microwaves. The junior suite is tiny and did not have a refrigerator. My largest suitcase would not fit in the underbed storage which was the only out of the way space for the large luggage. Parking is only on the street but is usually pretty easy to find and not far to walk. I parked a rental car for my 9 day stay without any problems. But I did pray and ask for the most high God, Jesus Christ, to protect the vehilcle, so there is that.

Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice! Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service. Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't have long blonde and gray/white hair. Besides that, hey...really beautiful hotel located in a perfect spot with a shopping mall merely a few steps away. 👍

I had a great experience during my stay. The regular housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable, and the views were absolutely beautiful — a perfect way to start and end each day. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and always helpful whenever I needed anything. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely book again! Tuve una muy buena experiencia durante mi estancia. El servicio de limpieza regular mantuvo todo limpio y cómodo, y las vistas eran absolutamente hermosas, perfectas para empezar y terminar el día. El ambiente en general era acogedor y relajante. El personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar con lo que necesitara. Realmente disfruté mi tiempo aquí y sin duda volvería a reservar.
